Why is konsultwerk different?

How confidential do you keep clients’ corporate data?

Any data provided is used strictly within the confines of the respective contractual agreement.

How confidential do you keep applicants’ personal data?

We will never release any personal information without the express permission of the candidate.

How do applicants’ CVs find their way into your database?

We would welcome your application! We would then discuss your options with you, either based on available vacancies or within our career advice services.

What does Direct Approach or Direct Search mean?

After a client has commissioned a search request and we have drawn up a target company list with them, we first research and then contact potential candidates. We ask the candidate whether they would consider a career change, and discuss any further steps.

What does „g-n“ stand for?

The acronym “gn” stands for gender neutral. In our job advertisements, g-n highlights the fact that gender is not a factor at any point in the selection process.

What are the instruments you use for the selection of candidates?

Depending on the position requirements and based on the client’s wishes, we decide which instruments to use. They might include: Competency-based interviews, assessment centre, individual assessments, psychometric tests, reference check, language tests and situational exercises.
