Work style analyses
provide a detailed profile of participants’ behavioral and work skills, as well as their motivation patterns and motives. Furthermore we offer a wide range of certified psychometric procedures with diverse standardization options, such as WAVE®, ADEPT-15®, LINC Personality Profiler®.
Aptitude tests
measure, among other things, the numerical, logical, verbal, and spatial thinking abilities of the participants, as well as their language skills. These tests provide an objective basis, especially when it comes to quantifying and comparing abilities.
Situational case studies
Simulations or presentations test participants’ behavior in realistic work situations. This helps to understand the behavior expected of them in everyday working life and to realistically assess their problem-solving skills in practice.
